The other two, cPanel and DirectAdmin, will allow you to make multiple accounts and in case you get the server with any of them, you will also have full root access. Both of the control panels will also provide you with the opportunity to make your own internet hosting company because they have a reseller level which will allow you to create hosting packages and take care of a lot of server-side settings. Hepsia is the ideal choice if you want everything to be simple, while cPanel and DirectAdmin are good if you would like to have more control and in case you have some practical experience in managing your own server.
